We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. 

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. 

Processing

It normally takes 3-4 business days for us to process your order, quality checking, packaging etc. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Shipping

Shipments usually take 3–10 business days to arrive. It depends on the shipping method you choose. Please refer to the below information for various shipping times to international destinations.

 1. STANDARD SHIPPING  

    1) United States, Canada, Australia, takes about 7 to 10 business days.
    2) United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, takes 6 to 8 business days.
    3) Other countries, take more than 10 days, it depends.

2. RUSH DELIVERY

   Takes 3-5 days for most countries.

Notes:  Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time 

1. Rush Delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Time does not include a 3-4 days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4. If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 7 days after you receive the package.
5. Due to the impact of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), sometimes the delivery time will be delayed.
